We offer numerous opportunities for adults to be growing spiritually.  We encourage you to regularly be reading your bible, praying, and serving others as the starting point and foundation of all spiritual growth.  We further encourage you to be intentional as you disciple others. This is vital for personal and communal growth in faith and leadership.  Beyond that we further work to equip believers with some of the options below.

The progression of spiritual formation is outlined in various passages of the New Testament. It is most fully spelled out in II Peter 1: “Now since you have become partakers of the divine nature,” the writer says, “applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge; and in your knowledge, self-control, and in your self-control, perseverance, and in your perseverance, godliness; and in your godliness, brotherly kindness, and in your brotherly kindness, love.” (vv. 4-7)

A personal growth plan is a way for us a disciples of Christ to have personal accountability for how we choose to grow and mature in our faith. This is not an opportunity to be hard on yourself but to choose a path for growth and help impact the lives of others who can grow as well.You could think of a personal spiritual growth plan as a sort of nutrient chart or food pyramid helps you know how much you need and how often. It shapes your journey and helps you reach spiritual maturity more easily and effectively.
